In the past eight years, over $200,000.00 from the S.H.O. Memorial Foundation has supported Haven House St. Louis, nine individual families, and not for profit organizations, in their efforts to battle Cancer.
SHO is a non-profit 501 (C)3 organization- all donations are tax deductible. Our tax returns are public record. Please click here if you would like to view our tax and incorporation documents.
This year we are proud to sponsor the Haven House, Haiti orphanages, as well as families battling cancer.

HavenHouse exists because we believe every person deserves a healthy life, the best medical treatment possible, and an affordable place to stay, even when treatment takes them away from home. Each year HavenHouse touches the lives of 2,800 patients with their families (7,000 people), who travel to St. Louis to receive medical care from world-renowned doctors and hospitals.
Our mission at HavenHouse is to provide the comfort of home and a community of support to families that travel to St. Louis for medical care. Our goal is to provide everything a patient and family need to rest, relax and regain their strength during their stay. While food and safe shelter are their primary needs, we offer so much more. We provide a supportive, homelike environment in a time of great uncertainty and anxiety, on-site staff around the clock with social work support services, and transportation to and from area hospitals 4 times daily. Our 25,000 square foot building includes a large main dining room where home-cooked meals are cooked and served, a full-size gym and arts and crafts room, play rooms, computer library with Internet connection.
HavenHouse St. Louis serves families from all 50 states and 33 countries. We are able to help families because of support from individuals like you to help us cover 2/3 of the cost of care not covered by our small fees.
